Policies-
- Rain Policy - Due to our tight mowing schedule, we will continue our routes unless the rain is prohibitive. If you desire that we skip your home on a rainy day, please call us and we will catch back up with you the next week.
- Billing- Invoices are sent at the 1st of every month, with payment being due by the 15th of every month. If we do not receive payment by the 20th of the month, service will be suspended until full payment has been made. We accept checks, cash, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
- Returned checks will be charged a $30 fee, so please make every effort to cover your checks. If we receive more than 2 returned checks in any 12-month period, we reserve the right to discontinue service.
- Communication- Communication with our customers is a top priority for the Lawn Ranger. If we miss your call, an answering machine is available 24 hours a day to record your message. We will return your call within 24 hours. We love to receive email! Emails are answered as quickly as possible, within 24 hours. We hope to provide you a level of customer service unparelleled in this industry!
- Mowing Schedule- When you call us for lawn maintenance, you will be assigned a specific mow day based on our crew truck routes. We make every attempt to finish additional services on your mow day to limit extra trips to your home. We desire our service to be prompt and professional, with as little disruption from your life as possible!
- Sprinkler Systems- If we damage a sprinkler head, we will replace it free of charge.
- Notification of Mowing- Every time we mow, we place a small card on your front door notifying you what services we provided and any additional services we think are appropriate for your yard.
- Complaints- We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service. If you have a question or comment for us, please contact us via email or at 972-612-2250. We will make every attempt to resolve the conflict to your satisfaction. You are our top priority!
- Other Items
- Gates- If your gate is locked, we require a combination lock in order to access your yard for service. Please let us know the combination in advance so we can service your lawn effectively.
- Pets- Please secure all pets on your mow day to minimize trauma to both our crew and your pets.
- Pools- We do not discount for pools in your backyard. Pools require additional care in edging and blowing to avoid grass clippings in the water.
- Fences and Play Sets- If you are worried about our lines damaging your fence, we can avoid the area 2" from your fence line. To protect against overgrown grass, simply spray RoundUp along the fence line to kill the grass. Repeat every 4-6 months or as needed.
- Items in the Grass- Our crews move very quickly, so please make every effort to remove items from your yard, especially small ones. Our crews will move large items if you forget, but may be moving too quickly to see smaller items.
- Cancellations- There is no obligation to continue service.* We hope that our lawn care is a mutually beneficial relationship. If you sign up as a customer, we consider you as such from season to season unless you cancel. If you feel we are not providing the level of service you require, please call to cancel your service with 24 hours notice.
- *Our Full-Service Plan requires a 12-month commitment. Due to the average system of billing for the year, you will receive a bill for services rendered or a refund for services billed but not delivered during the next billing cycle.
